We’re a little late posting for the Photo Friday topic: My Obsession. Just returned from a visit to rural Alabama to check on my parents’ house and found the carpenter bees were everywhere. I have been obsessed with getting the ultimate bee shot but will have to settle for this one for now. It is a male (you can tell by the square yellowish-white patch on its face) that was just recovering from an altercation with another male.
